Popular Declares Monthly Dividend Payout for 6.125% Trust Preferred Securities

Popular, Inc. (NASDAQ: BPOP) announced on Tuesday that its subsidiary, Popular Capital Trust II, will distribute a monthly cash dividend of $0.127604 per share for its 6.125% Cumulative Monthly Income Trust Preferred Securities (ticker: BPOPM).

According to the announcement, the distribution will be paid on June 1, 2026, to shareholders of record as of May 15, with the ex-dividend date also set for May 15. Based on the current price, the forward annualized yield of these securities is approximately 6.08%. Since 2025, these trust preferred securities have maintained a stable monthly distribution of around $0.1276.

Additionally, Popular declared a monthly cash dividend of $0.132813 per share for its 6.375% Non-Cumulative Monthly Income Preferred Stock (Series A 2003), payable on June 1 to shareholders of record as of May 15.
