3D Medicines Reports Stable Share Capital for June 2026; 258.18 Million Shares in Issue, Public Float Maintained

On 2 July 2026, 3D Medicines Inc. (HKEX: 01244) submitted its Monthly Return for the period ended 30 June 2026, confirming no changes to capital structure or share count during the month.

• Authorised share capital remained at 500 million ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.001 each, equivalent to HKD 0.50 million in total.

• Issued share capital held steady at 258.18 million ordinary shares; the company held no treasury shares, and there were no share issuances, cancellations or transfers.

• Public float comfortably met the Main Board’s minimum 25% requirement as of 30 June 2026.

• The Share Option Scheme showed 12.80 million outstanding options, unchanged month-on-month, with no exercises or related share issuances. No warrants, convertible securities, or other share-issuing arrangements were outstanding.

Director Gong Zhaolong confirmed that all regulatory and listing rule obligations were met, and no new funds were raised during the reporting period.
