5. Capital structure snapshot • As at 3 August 2026, Xiaomi had 25.84 billion issued shares, comprising 4.44 billion Class A and 21.40 billion Class B shares. The minor share issuance and ongoing buybacks do not materially alter Xiaomi’s capital base in the near term.
