TIMES NEIGHBOR (09928) has announced that Ms. Wu Xiuwei has resigned from her positions as the company's secretary and its authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, effective from May 28, 2026. The board of directors is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Pan Jianxi as the company's secretary and authorized representative to succeed Ms. Wu, also effective from May 28, 2026.
