Acrophyte Hospitality Trust said on May, 25 2026 that the strategic review first announced on May, 30 2025 remains in progress. The managers of the stapled group – Acrophyte Hospitality Trust Management Pte. Ltd. and Acrophyte Hospitality Business Trust Management Pte. Ltd. – confirmed they are still discussing a potential transaction involving the stapled securities with the group’s sponsor, Tang Organization Pte. Ltd.

The trust emphasised that no definitive agreement has been reached and there is no certainty any deal will materialise. Further announcements will be made in accordance with Singapore Exchange listing requirements if material developments arise.

Stapled securityholders were advised to exercise caution when dealing in their securities and to seek professional advice if in doubt. Acrophyte Hospitality Trust’s portfolio comprises 31 upscale select-service hotels with 4,061 rooms across 16 U.S. states.
