Consumption restriction orders on subsidiaries and parent company • Case: Financial loan contract dispute with Foshan R&F Properties Development Co., Ltd., Guangdong Xintianhong Properties Development Co., Ltd., and R&F Properties as co-defendants. • Progress: Nanhai District People’s Court of Foshan City issued consumption restriction orders against the two subsidiaries, R&F Properties, and their legal representatives, barring non-essential high-value spending.
