China Resources Medical Holdings Company Limited (CR MEDICAL) has named Yu Changjiu, 46, as its Chief Financial Officer, with the appointment taking effect on 20 August 2026.

Yu currently serves as CFO of China Resources Healthcare Group Limited, the intermediate controlling shareholder of CR MEDICAL. From April 2018 to July 2026, he held multiple senior posts within the Financial Management Center of China Resources Double-Crane Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (SSE: 600062), including General Manager roles in Business Finance Management, Finance Function Management, and the Financial Shared Service Center, as well as Vice General Manager and later General Manager of the overall center.

Yu’s prior experience also includes senior finance positions at Hunan Xiangzhong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Beijing Scrianen Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., and Beijing Double-Crane Pharmaceutical Business Co., Ltd. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Inner Mongolia Finance and Economics College, a master’s degree in engineering from Beihang University, and carries the professional title of Senior Accountant.

The Board of Directors, chaired by Yu Hai, extended its formal welcome to the incoming CFO. As of the announcement date, CR MEDICAL’s Board comprises four Executive Directors, one Non-executive Director, and four Independent Non-executive Directors.
