Samudera Shipping Line Ltd (S56) announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Samudera Tankers Pte. Ltd., has completed the disposal of the chemical tanker MT Sinar Malahayati on Jun, 10 2026, in line with the terms of a Memorandum of Agreement dated May, 25 2026.
The transaction follows the company’s earlier disclosure on Jun, 3 2026 regarding plans to divest two chemical tankers, MT Sinar Malahayati and MT Sinar Mendawai.
