Black Cat Complaint, a consumer rights platform, released its July enterprise complaint handling rankings, based on data from the platform. As of the end of July 2026, Black Cat had received over 37.48 million cumulative valid consumer complaints, with nearly 750,000 valid complaints recorded in July alone. To more accurately and promptly reflect how different companies handle consumer complaints, the rankings include both industry-specific categories and a "most-watched area" list focusing on recent hot consumer events, offering valuable guidance for consumers.

Key terms: Buying accounts on Trading Cat that cannot be used with no refunds. Zuhao Wang, Shanhuo Zuhao, Xubei, Trading Cat, and U Hao Zu were listed on the Black List for the game trading platform sector in July 2026. A consumer reported on the Black Cat platform that on July 28, they purchased a "Three Kingdoms Strategic Edition" OPPO game account from Trading Cat, but the account was never accessible. The user submitted a refund request, and the platform's customer service initially promised to handle it by 3:55 PM on July 29, but later changed the deadline, delaying it to July 31. The consumer found this unacceptable and demanded a refund according to the original timeline. In the past 30 days, Trading Cat has received over 600 complaints, with a response rate of only about 15%.
