Yuexiu Property appoints Executive Director Chen Jing to Nomination Committee

Yuexiu Property Company Limited announced that Executive Director Ms. Chen Jing will join the Board’s Nomination Committee, effective 25 March 2026.

The Board stated that the appointment aims to strengthen committee diversity and reinforce overall corporate governance practices.

Following the change, the Nomination Committee will comprise members drawn from the current Board, which includes: • Executive Directors: Lin Zhaoyuan (Chairman), Zhu Huisong, Jiang Guoxiong, He Yuping, Chen Jing and Liu Yan • Non-executive Directors: Zhang Yibing and Su Junjie • Independent Non-executive Directors: Yu Lup Fat Joseph, Lee Ka Lun, Lau Hon Chuen Ambrose and Cheung Kin Sang

The announcement was issued by Company Secretary Yu Tat Fung in Hong Kong on 25 March 2026.
