LX Technology Repurchases 120,000 Shares at HK$25.22 Average, Lifting Treasury Stock to 3.84 Million

LX Technology Group Limited disclosed a share repurchase executed on 29 June 2026, acquiring 120,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The buy-back was conducted under the repurchase mandate approved on 5 June 2026.

The transaction details are as follows:

• Volume and price: 120,000 shares were repurchased at prices ranging between HK$24.66 and HK$26.08, translating to a volume-weighted average cost of HK$25.22 per share and an aggregate consideration of HK$3.03 million.

• Impact on share capital: The company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell 0.03% from 349.54 million to 349.42 million shares. Correspondingly, treasury shares increased to 3.84 million, leaving total issued shares unchanged at 353.26 million.

• Utilisation of buy-back mandate: Including this latest transaction, LX Technology has repurchased 1.16 million shares since receiving authorisation, representing 0.33% of the 350.58 million shares outstanding on the mandate date. The company is authorised to repurchase up to 35.06 million shares under the mandate.

• Moratorium: In accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rules, LX Technology is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 29 July 2026.

The company confirmed that the repurchase complied with Main Board Rule 10.06 and that there have been no material changes to the explanatory statement issued on 30 April 2026.
