Raffles Medical Group Ltd announced the appointment of Yap Chew Fern and Wong Sien Ting as joint company secretaries, effective Jul, 01 2026.
They replace Kimmy Goh, who will continue with the group as its financial controller.
The board expressed appreciation for Goh’s contributions during her tenure as company secretary and said it looks forward to her continued service in her current role.
