The company posted adjusted earnings per share of $0.52, beating the consensus estimate of $0.48, while revenue climbed 9% to $5.058 billion, ahead of the $4.936 billion forecast. Net income attributable to stockholders jumped 36% to $97.66 million, driven by strong new business wins and industry-leading client retention of approximately 98%.
Aramark lifted its fiscal 2026 organic revenue growth projection to 9%-10% from the previous 7%-9% range, and reaffirmed its adjusted EPS growth outlook of 20%-25%. The company also expects adjusted operating income growth and margin expansion to accelerate in the fourth quarter, with a large cash inflow anticipated primarily from collegiate hospitality and sports and entertainment operations.
