BBMG Corp. Announces FY2025 Final Dividend of RMB0.05 per Share

BBMG Corporation disclosed a final ordinary cash dividend of RMB0.05 per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025, according to its announcement dated 30 March 2026. The distribution remains subject to formal shareholder approval, with the ex-dividend date, record date, payment date and Hong Kong dollar equivalent to be released in subsequent notices once the applicable exchange rate is confirmed.

The dividend will be processed through Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, located at Shops 1712-1716, 17/F, Hopewell Centre, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

Withholding tax arrangements are as follows: • Overseas non-resident enterprise shareholders will have 10% enterprise income tax deducted at source. • Mainland individual investors holding H shares via the Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect will be subject to 20% individual income tax withheld by the company; the same rate applies to domestic securities investment funds. • Mainland enterprise investors accessing H shares through the Stock Connect are required to self-declare and settle the relevant income tax; no withholding will be applied by the company.

All other dividend-related parameters, including book-close period and transfer deadlines, will be communicated once finalized. Directors listed in the announcement include Jiang Yingwu, Gu Yu, Zheng Baojin, Kong Qinghui, Gu Tiemin, Zhao Xinjun, Liu Taigang, Hong Yongmiao, Tam Kin Fong and Yin Yuanping.
