• Authorised share capital stood at 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.000001 each, translating into total authorised capital of USD 2,000. No increase or decrease was recorded.

• Issued shares remained at 796.85 million, representing 39.84% of the authorised share limit. The company reported zero treasury shares, indicating no share repurchases were executed.

• The issuer affirmed compliance with the Main Board’s 25% minimum public-float requirement as of 30 June 2026.
