Sri Trang Gloves (Thailand) (STGT) buys back 0.5 million shares under second repurchase plan

Sri Trang Gloves (Thailand) Public Company Limited (STGT) has disclosed that, on Jun, 25 2026, it repurchased 500,000 shares on the Exchange at prices between THB 10.00 and THB 10.10, spending about 0.19 million Singapore dollars.

The latest transaction lifts cumulative buybacks under the company’s second share-repurchase programme, approved on May, 08 2026, to 3 million shares, equal to 0.10 % of paid-up capital. Total consideration to date stands at roughly 1.20 million Singapore dollars.

STGT’s board has authorised repurchases of up to 62.1 million shares, or 2.17 % of issued shares, with the programme scheduled to run until Nov, 07 2026. The filing was signed by Director and Chief Financial Officer Miss Thanawan Sa-ngiamsak.
