BOSS Zhipin (KANZHUN LIMITED) Adds 0.45 Million-Share Buyback on 9 June; Cumulative Repurchases Reach 29.69 Million Shares

BOSS Zhipin-W (KANZHUN LIMITED, HKEX: 02076) disclosed that it repurchased 0.45 million Class A ordinary shares on 9 June 2026 via the Nasdaq Global Select Market at prices between USD 6.61 and USD 6.75, for a total consideration of USD 3.00 million.

Following the transaction: • Issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) remained unchanged at 840.58 million shares as of 9 June 2026. • The 9 June purchase represents 0.046 % of the existing issued share base. • All 449,046 repurchased shares are to be cancelled.

Buy-back programme status: • Since the current mandate was approved on 27 June 2025, the company has repurchased 29.69 million shares, equivalent to 3.24 % of the issued share count at the mandate date. • The mandate permits repurchases of up to 91.61 million shares; 61.92 million shares remain available. • Under Hong Kong listing rules, BOSS Zhipin is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share sales until 9 July 2026.

Pending cancellations: Between 20 March and 9 June 2026 the company bought back 33.16 million shares that are still awaiting cancellation. Purchase prices during this period ranged from USD 6.57 to USD 7.25 per share.

Other information: As at 9 June 2026, 543,502 Class A ordinary shares have been issued to the depositary for future American Depositary Share (ADS) issuances tied to employee share incentive plans.
