Chanjet Announces RMB0.14 Interim Dividend for First Half 2026, Payment Set for 29 October

Chanjet Information Technology Company Limited declared an ordinary interim dividend of RMB0.14 per share for the six months ended 30 June 2026. The payout, subject to shareholder approval at the 8 September 2026 meeting, relates to the financial year ending 31 December 2026. The Hong Kong dollar equivalent will be released once the renminbi exchange rate is confirmed.

Key timetable: • Ex-dividend trading commences on 10 September 2026. • Share transfer books close from 12 to 17 September 2026, with 11 September 2026, 16:30 as the deadline for share transfers. • Record date is 17 September 2026. • Dividend distribution is scheduled for 29 October 2026 via Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services at Hopewell Centre, Wan Chai.

Withholding-tax arrangements follow PRC regulations: • Non-resident enterprise shareholders face a 10% withholding rate. • Non-resident individual investors domiciled in Hong Kong, Macau or treaty jurisdictions with a 10% rate are also subject to 10%; rates may vary between 0%–20% depending on treaty provisions. • Mainland resident individuals and other non-treaty investors are subject to a 20% rate. • Mainland resident enterprises and domestic corporate shareholders will self-assess and pay enterprise income tax without company withholding.
