CATL HK SDR 30TO1 sets final dividend at SGD 0.01181 per receipt

Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Ltd. announced a final cash dividend for its CATL HK SDR 30TO1 program.
The underlying H shares will distribute RMB 2.178 per share, equivalent to HKD 2.468. Applying the 1:30 share-to-SDR ratio, the gross dividend is HKD 0.08227 per SDR.
After a 10% withholding tax of HKD 0.00823 and a corporate action fee of HKD 0.00074, the net dividend stands at HKD 0.07330 per SDR. Converted at an exchange rate of 6.20779, holders will receive SGD 0.01181 per SDR.
Key dates are: ex-date on Apr, 10 2026; record date on Apr, 13 2026; and payment on May, 19 2026. The register will be closed from Apr, 08 2026 to Apr, 13 2026.
