Within the Chinese market, the performance of different project types varied significantly.
Generation from the company's Chinese wind power projects fell by 17.1% year-on-year.
In contrast, output from Chinese solar projects saw a substantial increase of 33.5%.
Power generation from Chinese gas-fired projects rose by 6.3%, while Chinese hydropower projects experienced a decline of 10.5%.
For the company's operations in South Korea, power generation decreased by 6.5% compared to June 2025.
First-Half Performance Summary
For the six-month period ending June 30, 2026, the group's cumulative power generation totaled 9,307.3 gigawatt-hours.
This represents a 2.2% decrease compared to the first half of 2025.
During this period, Chinese wind power generation was down 17.9% year-on-year.
Chinese solar power generation increased by a strong 35.3%.
Output from Chinese gas projects grew by 3.7%, and Chinese hydropower generation increased by 12.3%.
Generation from the company's South Korean projects rose by 12.8% over the first half of the previous year.
