The human resources software provider reported Q3 adjusted EBITDA of $220.2 million, surpassing the IBES estimate of $203.1 million, and adjusted operating income of $196.8 million, also beating the estimate of $177.2 million. Additionally, the company raised its full-year adjusted EBITDA outlook to a range of $638-642 million, above the consensus estimate of $627.4 million.
While the Q4 adjusted EBITDA guidance of $128.6-132.6 million came in slightly below the estimate of $135.2 million, investors focused on the strong Q3 performance and improved full-year forecast, fueling the stock's significant gain.
