Bama Tea executes 2,000-share buyback at HK$27.92, treasury stock rises to 153,700 shares

On 21 August 2026, Bama Tea Co., Ltd. reported a repurchase of 2,000 H-shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at a price of HK$27.92 per share. The transaction cost totalled HK$0.06 million and the shares will be retained as treasury stock.

Following the buyback, the company’s outstanding share capital (excluding treasury shares) decreased to 84.77 million shares, while treasury holdings increased to 153,700 shares. The total issued share count remained unchanged at 84.92 million.

The repurchase forms part of the mandate approved on 21 April 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 5.30 million shares. To date, 153,700 shares—equivalent to 0.29% of the issued share base on the mandate date—have been acquired under this authorisation.

In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, Bama Tea is subject to a moratorium restricting any new share issues or sales of treasury shares until 20 September 2026.
