Shimao Group Holdings Limited reported that Mr. Shao Liang has resigned as Non-executive Director, effective 14 July 2026. The company stated that Mr. Shao is stepping down to focus on personal business commitments and family matters. According to the filing, Mr. Shao confirmed no disagreement with the board and cited no issues requiring shareholder attention.\n\nFollowing the change, the board now comprises six members: two Executive Directors—Mr. Hui Sai Tan, Jason (Chairman and President) and Mr. Zhao Jun; one remaining Non-executive Director—Ms. Hui Mei Mei, Carol; and three Independent Non-executive Directors—Mr. Lyu Hong Bing, Mr. Lam Ching Kam and Mr. Fung Tze Wa.
