JD Health announces 17.67 million-share buyback while maintaining 3.21 billion shares in issue

JD Health International Inc. (JD Health) filed a Next Day Disclosure Return dated 12 June 2026, confirming that the company’s issued share capital remained unchanged at 3.21 billion ordinary shares as of the reporting date. No treasury shares were outstanding.

Between 15 May and 12 June 2026, JD Health repurchased a total of 17.67 million shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for cancellation, equal to approximately 0.55 % of the current issued share base. Repurchase prices ranged from HKD 36.48 to HKD 45.17 per share.

The most recent transaction on 12 June 2026 involved 0.30 million shares bought back at prices between HKD 37.52 and HKD 38.26, costing HKD 11.35 million.

The purchases form part of the mandate approved on 20 June 2025, which authorises JD Health to repurchase up to 320.01 million shares. To date, 17.67 million shares—0.55 % of shares outstanding at the mandate date—have been executed under this authority. In line with exchange rules, JD Health is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share sales until 12 July 2026.
