GO UP EDU TECH Proposes Re-appointing Infinity CPA; FY2027 Audit Fee Estimated at HK$0.60–0.65 Million

Bulletin Express
Sep 24

Go Up Education Technology Limited announced supplemental details to its 31 July 2026 circular concerning the re-appointment of its auditor. Infinity CPA Limited, which will retire at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting, has offered itself for re-appointment.

The Board plans to table an ordinary resolution authorizing Infinity CPA’s re-engagement and empowering the Board to fix the remuneration. The estimated audit fee for the financial year ending 31 March 2027 is projected at approximately HK$0.60–0.65 million, excluding out-of-pocket expenses. This estimate was reached through arm’s-length negotiations and reflects factors such as:

• Historical audit fees and prevailing market rates • Actual audit work in the prior year • Expected audit scope and timetable • Auditor resources, as well as the Group’s size, structure, and business complexity

The estimate assumes no material changes in business scope, operations, accounting policies, or regulatory environment during FY2027 and that management will provide timely and adequate information. Absent material deviations from these assumptions, the final audit fee is not expected to differ significantly; any material changes will prompt further disclosure.

The supplemental announcement does not amend other information in the original circular or meeting notice. The Board of Go Up Education Technology Limited currently comprises seven directors: Executive Directors Mr. Yuen Hiu Tung (Chairman) and Ms. Lin Su; Non-executive Directors Mr. Yau Chi Ho and Mr. Cheng Hoi Ming (Deputy Chairman); and Independent Non-executive Directors Mr. Chan Ka Hung, Mr. Tam Chak Chi, and Mr. Liu Yongsheng.

The announcement was released in Hong Kong on 24 September 2026 and will remain available on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and company websites for seven days from publication.
