FrontView REIT Enhances Board Expertise with Appointment of Welltower Executive McHugh

FrontView REIT, Inc. has announced the appointment of Timothy G. McHugh, Co-President and Chief Financial Officer of Welltower, as an independent director to its board, effective May 28, 2026.

McHugh currently serves as Co-President and CFO of Welltower, the largest real estate investment trust by market capitalization in the S&P 500. He oversees the company's financial functions and is deeply involved in the technological transformation of Welltower's business systems and enterprise platform. Since joining Welltower in 2016, he has held positions including Controller, Senior Vice President of Capital Markets, and Executive Vice President and CFO, accumulating extensive experience in capital allocation, technological transformation, and net lease investments.

This appointment coincides with strong performance in FrontView's stock price, which has risen approximately 65% over the past year. The stock is currently trading around $17.62, with a market capitalization of about $399 million and a dividend yield of 4.88%.
