Maiyue Technology Limited (Maiyue Tech) disclosed supplemental details to its AGM Circular, confirming that incumbent auditor Klynveld Peat Marwick Goerdeler (KPMG) will retire at the forthcoming annual general meeting and, being eligible, has offered itself for re-appointment.
The company’s audit committee has reviewed the re-appointment proposal and recommended that the Board submit it for shareholder approval at the AGM scheduled for 2026.
For the financial year ending 31 December 2026, the estimated audit fee for KPMG’s services is approximately RMB2.20 million, exclusive of out-of-pocket expenses. The fee estimate reflects considerations such as: • the company’s current business complexity and future development plans; • the anticipated scope and timetable of the audit; and • the resources required to complete audit procedures relative to the prior year’s work on the 2025 consolidated financial statements.
Maiyue Tech noted that the proposed fee may be adjusted if there are subsequent changes to the underlying assumptions or scope. No other information in the original AGM Circular has been revised.
