Sunac Services executes HKD 0.13 million buy-back on 14 July; 27.17 million shares now pending cancellation under 2026 mandate

Sunac Services Holdings Limited disclosed that it repurchased 160,000 ordinary shares on 14 July 2026 through on-market transactions at HKD 0.82–0.83 per share, spending HKD 0.13 million.

Including this latest trade, the company has bought back a total of 27.17 million shares since activating its 22 May 2026 general mandate, equivalent to 0.89 % of the 3.03 billion issued shares outstanding on the mandate date. The cumulative consideration for these purchases is calculated at approximately HKD 23.11 million, implying a volume-weighted average repurchase price of roughly HKD 0.85 per share.

All repurchased shares are being held for cancellation and have not yet been deducted from the issued share capital. Accordingly, the company’s issued share count remains at 3.03 billion as of 14 July 2026, with no treasury shares on its balance sheet.

Sunac Services’ current authorisation permits the repurchase of up to 304.90 million shares. After the 27.17 million shares acquired to date, about 277.73 million shares remain available under the mandate. In line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on new share issues until 13 August 2026.
