Stoneweg Europe Stapled Trust (SERT) said on Mar, 30 2026 that it has extended a €160 million (about 234 million Singapore dollars) interest-rate hedge from Nov, 30 2026 to Nov, 30 2028.
The move lifts SERT’s hedged or fixed interest exposure to roughly 94 % for the next two years and leaves the stapled group with no material debt maturities until 2030.
Management noted that the latest transaction builds on the early refinancing of €900 million (around 1.31 billion Singapore dollars) of debt completed in 2025 and supports the trust’s intention to allocate capital selectively, including its recent €50 million (about 73 million Singapore dollars) mandatory convertible investment in AiOnX, the sponsor’s European hyperscale data-centre development fund.
SERT carries investment-grade credit ratings of BBB from Fitch Ratings and BBB- from S&P Global Ratings. Its portfolio is valued at approximately €2.2 billion (about 3.21 billion Singapore dollars) and comprises more than 90 properties across nine European countries.
