Heng Tai Maintains 209.21 Million Issued Shares in May; Public Float Confirmed Compliant

Heng Tai Consumables Group Limited reported no changes in its share capital structure for the month ended 31 May 2026, according to its latest monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 3 June 2026.

Authorised share capital remained at 100.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01, equivalent to HKD 1.00 billion in nominal terms.

The issued share count closed the month unchanged at 209.21 million ordinary shares, with no treasury shares outstanding. As a result, total issued share capital continues to stand at HKD 2.09 million in nominal value.

The company confirmed that it satisfied the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25 percent as of 31 May 2026.

No share options, warrants, convertible instruments, or other agreements leading to potential share issuance were outstanding or exercised during the reporting month, and there were no share repurchases or cancellations.

The filing was authorised by Company Secretary Hung Hing Man, affirming compliance with all relevant listing rules and regulatory obligations.
