CStone Pharmaceuticals shifts to fully electronic distribution of corporate communications effective 2 April 2026

Bulletin Express
Apr 02

CStone Pharmaceuticals announced that, in line with Rule 2.07 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s expanded paperless listing regime effective 31 December 2023, all future corporate communications will be disseminated electronically from 2 April 2026 onward. The transition covers directors’ reports and audited accounts, interim reports, notices of meeting, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms.

Both English and Chinese versions of the documents will be accessible on the company’s website (www.cstonepharma.com) and on HKExnews (www.hkexnews.hk), replacing printed mailings. Non-registered shareholders who wish to receive actionable corporate communications—materials requiring voting instructions or elections—must supply a functional email address through their banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited. If a valid email address is not provided, actionable documents will continue to be sent in hard copy until electronic details are received.

Shareholders preferring ongoing printed copies of general corporate communications may submit an online reply form (https://forms.office.com/r/UCFgE1uzuE) or mail the physical reply form to the company’s Shanghai headquarters at 22/F, New Bund Times Square, No. 399 West Haiyang Road, Pudong New District. Printed-copy requests remain valid for one year from the date of instruction.
