FORTIOR (01304) saw its shares rise more than 6% during trading. At the time of writing, the stock was up 3.21%, trading at HK$112.50, with a turnover of HK$18.44 million.
On April 10, FORTIOR announced that, to leverage the experience and resources of professional investment institutions, further expand the company's industrial investment layout, utilize the resource advantages and management capabilities of professional investment institutions, seize investment opportunities in innovative application fields related to the company's industry, optimize the company's investment structure, and promote long-term development, the company, as a limited partner, will use its own funds to invest RMB 50 million to subscribe for a 31.7460% property share in Huaxin Hongxin.
It is reported that Huaxin Hongxin is primarily engaged in investments in growth-stage and mature enterprises within the semiconductor industry and related upstream and downstream fields such as industrial, high-tech, and electronics (including software and service businesses). This aligns synergistically with FORTIOR's main business of integrated circuit research, development, and design. The primary investment method of the partnership is equity investment, characterized by a long investment cycle and low liquidity. The related investment operations will be influenced by multiple factors including macroeconomic conditions, industry policies, industry cycles, market environment, the operational management of investment targets, and transaction structures. There are potential risks such as failure to achieve investment objectives, investment returns falling short of expectations, or incurring losses.
