The launch ceremony for the Nantong Digital Vision OPC Community and the unveiling of the Chongchuan District AI+ Digital Culture OPC Full-Stack Ecosystem Platform took place on August 14. The event, themed "Culture Leading, Digital Intelligence Empowering," gathered forces from government, enterprises, and academia to explore new opportunities for OPC community development and embark on a new journey for Chongchuan's digital culture industry.
Nantong Digital Vision OPC Community, operated by the Gangzha Economic Development Zone, spans over 20,000 square meters. It focuses on key digital culture sub-sectors, including AI animation and gaming, as well as AI-powered e-commerce, serving as a crucial hub for Chongchuan's integration of artificial intelligence and digital culture. The community addresses the pain points of OPC entrepreneurs by constructing a full-cycle entrepreneurial service ecosystem across five key dimensions: policy, infrastructure, services, technology, and capital, precisely solving various challenges on the entrepreneurial path.
Since the start of this year, Chongchuan District has positioned itself to "take center stage in the city's AI industry belt," implementing the "Hundred Data, Hundred Models, Hundred Scenarios" initiative. By making the digital culture industry a key driver of industrial upgrading, the district has continuously attracted high-quality market entities, enhanced computing power infrastructure, and opened diverse application scenarios, building strong momentum for the clustered development of the OPC industry.
The launch of the Digital Vision OPC Community marks a critical step in Chongchuan's efforts to refine its AI industry layout and strengthen its digital culture ecosystem. As the core carrier for the "AI + Digital Culture" track, the community will provide full-chain services for resident enterprises, including space, technical support, policy guidance, and market expansion. It will foster deep collaboration among upstream and downstream enterprises, telecom operators, universities, and financial institutions, breaking down cooperation barriers and enabling resource complementarity.
On the same day, the "Chongchuang Vision" OPC Full-Stack Ecosystem Platform, an online comprehensive service window, was officially launched. This platform integrates a full range of functions, including policy application, computing power leasing, supply-demand matching, talent services, and project incubation. It offers enterprises end-to-end support from R&D to market deployment, creating a synergistic effect of "offline communities gathering industries and online platforms optimizing services."
During the event, the Chongchuan District Government signed a four-party strategic cooperation agreement with Nantong Mobile, Nantong Big Data Development Group, and the OPC Community. The Digital Vision OPC Community also established an "industry-academia-research-application" partnership with Nantong Vocational University. Additionally, the first batch of 12 high-quality enterprises officially moved into the Digital Vision OPC Community.
