Twilio shares surged 15.75% in after-hours trading, following the release of the company's second-quarter financial results.
The cloud-based customer engagement platform reported Q2 revenue of $1.50 billion, surpassing analyst estimates of $1.43 billion. Adjusted earnings per share came in at $1.47, well above the consensus estimate of $1.32. Revenue grew 22% year-over-year, and the company achieved record profitability and free cash flow.
Twilio also raised its full-year 2026 revenue growth guidance to a range of 18% to 18.5%, up from the prior outlook of 14% to 15%. The company provided upbeat third-quarter guidance, projecting revenue between $1.505 billion and $1.515 billion and adjusted EPS of $1.42 to $1.47.
