Hangzhou Tigermed Consulting Co., Ltd. (TIGERMED) has issued a proxy form outlining matters to be decided at its Second Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) scheduled for 3:00 p.m. on 9 June 2026 at the company’s Hangzhou headquarters.
The sole agenda item is a special resolution authorising the repurchase of A-shares via centralized price bidding. Key elements up for approval include:
• Purpose and intended use of the repurchased shares.
• Confirmation that statutory and regulatory conditions for the buyback are met.
• Repurchase method, share class, quantity, and proportion relative to total share capital.
• Total capital allocation, funding source, and pricing framework or range.
• Duration of the repurchase period.
• A mandate empowering the Board to handle all procedural matters related to the buyback.
Shareholders may appoint the EGM chairman or another proxy to vote. Completed proxy forms, together with any power of attorney, must reach the H-share registrar (Tricor Investor Services Limited, Hong Kong) at least 24 hours before the meeting. Attendance requires presentation of identity documents.
