UI Boustead REIT issues 1.68 million new units for management fee payment

UI Boustead REIT has issued 1,677,091 new units to its manager, UIB REIT Management Pte. Ltd., as part of the payment for management fees, the trust said on Jul, 29 2026.

The new units represent 80 percent of the base management fee covering two periods: 299,091 units at 0.8156 Singapore dollars each for Mar 12–31 2026, and 1,378,000 units at 0.8146 Singapore dollars each for Apr 1–Jun 30 2026.

Following the allotment, UI Boustead REIT’s total units in issue rose to 1,367,549,891, with the manager holding 1,677,091 units, or about 0.12 percent of the enlarged unit base.

The issue prices were calculated from the volume-weighted average traded price of the REIT’s units on Singapore Exchange Securities Trading for the ten business days immediately preceding the end of each relevant quarter.
