Yude Yan saw his long position increase on July 31, 2026 following the company's repurchase of 2.40 million shares held as treasury shares, as Mr. Yan is deemed to have an interest in those treasury shares due to his control of more than one-third voting power.
Prior to the acquisition, Yude Yan's long position in VIRSCEND EDU (01565) was 1.44 billion shares, representing 46.54%; following the acquisition, the holding changed to 1.44 billion shares, with the long position ratio rising to 46.62%.
