Hong Kong—10 July 2026—Pan Asia Data Holdings Inc. (Pan Asia Data) released an updated roster of its Board of Directors and confirmed new roles across its three key board committees.

The seven-member Board now includes: • Executive Directors: Gu Zhongli (Chairman), Li Yunjiu and Jin Peiyi. • Non-executive Director: Sze Siu Ming. • Independent Non-executive Directors: Yung Hoi Yan, JP; So Ching Tung, JP; and Mak Tin Sang.

Committee assignments are as follows: • Audit Committee: chaired by Independent Non-executive Director Mak Tin Sang, with members Yung Hoi Yan and So Ching Tung. • Remuneration Committee: chaired by Mak Tin Sang, joined by Gu Zhongli and Yung Hoi Yan. • Nomination Committee: chaired by Yung Hoi Yan, with membership from Gu Zhongli and Mak Tin Sang.

The reshuffle places Independent Non-executive Directors in all committee chair positions, enhancing governance oversight while affirming Gu Zhongli’s leadership as Board Chairman.
