LX Technology trims outstanding shares by 0.05% after HKD 3.04 million buyback

On 5 May 2026, LX Technology Group Limited executed an on-market repurchase of 190,200 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, paying between HKD 15.98 and HKD 16.00 per share. The aggregate consideration amounted to HKD 3.04 million.

Following the transaction, the number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) fell to 351.95 million from 352.14 million, representing a 0.05% reduction. Treasury shares on hand increased to 1.31 million, while the company’s total issued share count remained unchanged at 353.26 million.

The buyback was conducted under the mandate granted on 6 June 2025, which authorises repurchases of up to 35.33 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 1.31 million shares, or 0.37% of the outstanding shares on the mandate date.

In accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rule 10.06(3), LX Technology is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 5 June 2026.
