CIMC ENRIC to Buy Back Up to HK$200 Million in Shares

CIMC ENRIC (03899) has announced that on May 29, 2026, the board of directors, expressing strong confidence in the company's future prospects and a high recognition of its intrinsic value, has decided to exercise the buyback authorization. The company plans to repurchase up to 1.5% of its issued shares (excluding treasury shares) as of the announcement date. This amounts to a maximum of approximately 31.70 million shares, with the total repurchase value not exceeding HK$200 million. The initiative aims to effectively safeguard the interests of all shareholders, consistently reinforce market confidence in the company, and enhance its investment value. Should the buyback authorization be exercised according to this plan, the company will comply with its articles of association, the listing rules, and other applicable laws and regulations.
