Geekplus repurchases 0.90 million WVR B shares, raising treasury stock to 16.20 million

Beijing Geekplus Technology Co., Ltd. (GEEKPLUS-W) disclosed that on 21 July 2026 it bought back 0.90 million WVR ordinary B shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The repurchase was executed at prices between HK$9.37 and HK$9.99, translating to a volume-weighted average of HK$9.85 per share and a total consideration of HK$8.86 million.

The repurchase represents 0.09% of Geekplus’ outstanding share capital before the transaction. Following the buyback, issued shares (excluding treasury shares) declined from 1,008.85 million to 1,007.95 million, while treasury shares rose from 15.30 million to 16.20 million. The total number of issued shares remains unchanged at 1,024.15 million.

Under the shareholder mandate approved on 26 May 2026, the company is authorised to repurchase up to 102.42 million shares. Cumulative repurchases since that mandate now stand at 16.20 million shares, equivalent to 1.58% of the share count on the mandate date.

In accordance with Main Board Rule 10.06(3)(a), Geekplus is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or selling treasury shares until 21 August 2026.
