Edianyun Limited released its Next Day Disclosure Return on 29 June 2026, detailing two capital movements that marginally adjusted its share structure.

On 24 June 2026, the company issued 30,080 new ordinary shares following employee exercises under the Pre-IPO Option Plan adopted on 25 February 2022. The exercise price was HKD 0.0004 per share, adding 0.006 % to the 500.69 million shares previously in issue.

Subsequently, on 29 June 2026, Edianyun repurchased 400,000 shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, paying between HKD 2.66 and HKD 2.94 per share at a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 2.85. The total cash outlay was approximately HKD 1.14 million. All repurchased shares have been classified as treasury shares. The transaction represents 0.08 % of the company’s issued shares as at the date of the repurchase mandate (22 June 2026), under which up to 50.07 million shares may be bought back.

After factoring in the option-related issuance and the buyback, Edianyun’s outstanding share count (excluding treasury shares) declined by 369,920 shares, or roughly 0.07 %, to 500.32 million as of 29 June 2026. Treasury shares increased to 38.03 million, while total issued shares remained broadly unchanged at 538.35 million.

Under Hong Kong Listing Rule 10.06(3)(a), Edianyun is subject to a 30-day moratorium—lasting until 29 July 2026—on new share issues or sales of treasury shares following the 29 June repurchase.
