The semiconductor equipment sector staged a broad rally today. Aehr Test led the charge with a gain of over 15%, while KLA-Tencor climbed more than 9%. Other major players also saw significant advances, with Applied Materials and Lam Research both rising over 7%, Teradyne up more than 5%, and ASML adding over 3% to its valuation.
