Jinxun Resources Buys Back 50,000 H-Shares, Lifts Treasury Holding to 182,000 Shares

Yunnan Jinxun Resources Co., Ltd. disclosed on 17 July 2026 that it repurchased 50,000 H-shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange the same day, paying a total of HKD 0.61 million. The shares were bought at between HKD 12.03 and HKD 12.40 apiece, with a volume-weighted average price of HKD 12.19. All repurchased shares have been retained as treasury stock.

Following the transaction, Jinxun Resources’ issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.12% to 42.10 million shares, while treasury shares increased to 182,000. The company’s total issued share count, including treasury shares, remains unchanged at 42.28 million.

The purchase forms part of the repurchase mandate approved on 18 May 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 4.23 million shares. Aggregate repurchases under this mandate have reached 182,000 shares, equivalent to 0.43% of the issued share base at the mandate date.

Under Hong Kong Listing Rule 10.06(3)(a), Jinxun Resources is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 16 August 2026.
