BAIRONG-W (06608) has announced that its board of directors, acting on the recommendation of the audit committee, resolved on June 4, 2026, to propose the appointment of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu (Deloitte) as the company's new auditor for the financial year ending December 31, 2026.
This appointment is subject to approval by shareholders at the 2026 Annual General Meeting. Consequently, KPMG will step down as the company's auditor following the conclusion of that meeting.
