Garmin (NYSE: GRMN) stock surged 13.70% during intraday trading on Wednesday, extending earlier gains after the company reported second-quarter financial results that handily exceeded Wall Street expectations and raised its full-year outlook.

The strong move was driven by Garmin's Q2 earnings, which saw adjusted earnings per share of $2.81, significantly beating the $2.25 analyst consensus estimate. Quarterly revenue climbed 11.4% to $2.02 billion, also topping the $1.90 billion forecast. Robust demand for advanced fitness wearables and marine products fueled the outperformance, with the fitness segment revenue jumping 25% and marine segment sales increasing 14%.

Adding to the bullish sentiment, Garmin lifted its full-year 2026 revenue guidance to approximately $8.05 billion and raised its pro forma earnings per share outlook to $10.00, both above market estimates. The dual boost from an earnings beat and an upgraded forecast underpinned the sharp intraday rally.
