Lendlease Global Commercial REIT redeems 200 million Singapore dollars perpetual securities

Lendlease Global Commercial Trust Management Pte. Ltd., the manager of Lendlease Global Commercial REIT (JYEU), announced that the REIT has fully redeemed its 200 million Singapore dollars 4.20% subordinated perpetual securities on Jun, 4 2026.

The notes, issued by DBS Trustee Limited as trustee of the REIT under a 1.0 billion Singapore dollars multicurrency debt issuance programme, were repaid at the redemption amount plus accrued distribution. Following settlement, all redeemed securities will be cancelled and removed from trading on Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.
