Core civil engineering and renovation revenue eased 2.1% to HK$35.44 million. 2. Gross profit inched up 3.6% to HK$1.02 million; gross margin was stable at 2.7%. 3. Balance-sheet developments • Cash and bank balances quadrupled to HK$9.28 million, while FVTPL assets climbed 83.1% to HK$51.38 million, underscoring the Group’s shift toward financial investments. • Net assets expanded to HK$50.54 million (FY2025: HK$27.22 million). • The current ratio improved to 2.2x from 1.5x, and the gearing ratio (interest-bearing debt/total equity) narrowed to 24% from 44%, reflecting strengthened liquidity and lower leverage. • Trade receivables (net) dropped 54.4% to HK$11.88 million after a HK$5.96 million impairment charge, offset by a HK$7.20 million reversal on contract assets.
Investment portfolio As at 31 March 2026, listed equity investments totalled HK$51.38 million, equivalent to 55.5% of total assets. Outlook and strategy Management reiterated its investment policy focused on optimising idle funds through diversified listed-equity positions while maintaining sufficient liquidity for core civil-engineering operations and the new health-technology initiative.
