Human Capital and Safety • Average training time reached 5.22 hours per employee; safety training coverage was 100 %. • The year recorded two work-related injuries, zero fatalities and a work-injury rate of 0.0036 % per million working hours.
Community and Rural Revitalisation • Investment of RMB 12.82 million supported rural projects in Xinfeng County, creating about 500 jobs and benefiting 600 residents. • Total charitable spending since 2023 stands at RMB 3.18 million.
