Prior to the acquisition, China Modern Dairy Holdings Ltd.'s long position in CHINA SHENGMU was 2.19 billion shares, representing 26.18%; following the acquisition, the holding changed to 6.57 billion shares, with the long position ratio rising to 78.43%.
